This is shared space with the owners who live full time in the lower unit. Your entry to the laundry room is private and locks. There is an exterior entry for the owners of the home, which is also the backdoor of the upper unit. Everything you need to keep your clothes clean and dry is provided for your convenience

All around us there are trails from easy dirt roads to extreme 4x4 terrain to immerse you into the beautiful Rocky Mountain backcountry

Come ride the endless trails that are all right at your fingertips, many will bring you right back to the house, and we have a bike shuttle service right down the street!
