Allen House has a large pull-through outdoor driveway. The parking area will accommodate big trailers, trucks, and many vehicles. 

Infants under 2 are absolutely allowed and do not count against your occupancy. Bassinet and Pack-n-play are provided 

Self check-in via coded lock. Feel free to inquire about early check-in or late check-out, however it may not always be possible.

We love to host families just like us! So, please bring your WHOLE family:) We work hard to provide everything you need to make your stay comfortable with your kids in tow. 

Allen House is not appropriate for parties. 

I love to say HI, so don't be shy:) but we won't impose. If I happen to see you in a common area, such as the back yard, I will likely come and meet you and introduce myself, my husband, our kids, our dog Chewy, and bunnies. 

This large kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking, including dishes for young children. 

Allen House is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, filled with other families just like us! 

This home will sleep no more than 10 people. Young babies 2 and under DO NOT count against your occupancy. Bassinet and pack-n-play are provided for babies and toddlers. 

Allen House has a large backyard that is shared between all residence, as well as a patio, which offers seating, griddle, and a large umbrella.

Allen House is not appropriate for your pets. 

We offer all your basic safety items, such as smoke detectors, C/O detectors, fire extinguishers, first aid kit, and one security camera at the front door 

Absolutely no smoking of any kind, in or around the home. 

Allen House is not appropriate for wheelchairs, or those who struggle to climb stairs. There is no ground level entrance to the home. Every entrance has stairs. 

We offer high speed internet that is speed tested around 150-210mbps. All TVs have PrimeTV, HBOmax, and Disney+ streaming services.

Hello! We are the Allen Family:) Brian, Tayler, Aurora, and Novali. We live on site full time and LOVE hosting! Brian and I (Tayler) are local small business owners aside from the vacation rental. I enjoy running our business from home while I homeschool our two girls. When you stay with us you're not supporting someone's second or third home, you're supporting a local family, our daughter's swim team, the non-profits we love, and improvements to your home away from home.
